LUGPA’s Annual Meeting in Chicago Celebrates Independent Urology
Thank you to everyone who joined us November 14 to 16, 2024, for the LUGPA 2024 Annual Meeting! We met in Chicago, Illinois, where we learned more about our clinical practice, exchanged ideas, and celebrated LUGPA’s accomplishments in support of independent urology practices.

LUGPA Welcomes 2024-2025 Board of Directors
Newly Elected Officers and Board Members to Champion Independent Urology Practice
LUGPA is proud to announce its newest members of the board of directors for 2024-2025. This group of leaders includes 4 new board members and 4 individuals who have been elected to new officer positions. The new members, who were elected by the membership through online voting in the fall, are committed to advancing the mission of independent urology.
LUGPA congratulates these newly elected officers:
- Scott Sellinger, MD, as president
- Jeffrey Spier, MD, as president-elect
- Evan R. Goldfischer, MD, MBA, MPH, as immediate past president
- Kirsten Anderson, MHA, CMPE, CPC, CASC, as treasurer
- Benjamin Lowentritt, MD, FACS, as secretary

My vision is to foster a community where independent urologists can thrive, adapt to changes, and continue to advance the quality of health care.”

Third Edition of Practice Management Guidebook Now Available
Practice Management for Urology Groups: LUGPA’s Guidebook was created to provide today’s urology clinicians with a reference manual on the basics of group practice management and to help them advance patient care by adopting an integrated approach to care delivery.
